This Mock Tuna wrap is so yummy and easy to prepare. Not all is raw but everything is healthy for the body.
Ingredients
- 3 cups of soaked raw sunflower seeds ground in a food processor until it looks like tuna.
- 5 stalks of scallions diced
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill
- 1/4 pickel relish organic (I use Tree of Life Brand)
- 3 tablespoons of non soy Vegenaise (healthy mayo found in whole foods)
- salt to taste
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Take out the sprouted tortilla and place lettuce, then tuna, then cherry tomato and small diced cucumber. Roll and eat.
