Concepts of Success (Doreen Martin)

Before closing today, I would like to share with you the most important concepts that have contributed to my own personal success as it relates to my health and wellness:
  • Be open, responsive and teachable.
  • Not everyone can go on this journey with you.
  • Be willing to remove those relationships from your life that are toxic.
  • Stop listening to all the negativity coming out of the TV (be willing to just turn it off if necessary).
  • Get out and join groups where people are interested in health and share your journey.
  • Walk in constant forgiveness.
  • Always show love.
  • Embrace change.
  • Learn from your mistakes and then release them.
  • Never let fear hold you back from being the amazing and powerful person God created you to be.
