Banana Fritters
Banana Pancakes (Fritters)
Paige's Recipe Note: Really good but a bit oily.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ cup skim milk
Instructions
- Mash bananas and mix well with egg sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Sift flour and baking powder into the mixture and mix well with spoon.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Spoon batter into oil.
To make less – 2 bananas, 1 egg, ½ teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 tsp nutmeg , ¼ sugar, 1 cup flour (half whole wheat) ½ tablespoon baking powder, ¼ cup skim milk
