Ingredients
- The rice protein is NutriBiotic Vegan * 80% Protein Vanilla.
- About 8 ounces of peanut butter or almond butter or cashew butter (your choice)
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of the protein powder to start then add a little more if needed so you can roll into a ball in your hands without it being too gooey.
- Mix peanut butter and honey together first, add other ingredients.
- Knead it all together with your hands, you can then roll into balls the size of your choice or use rolling pin to flatten out and cut into small bars.
- Keep in refrigerator.
