Ingredients
  • The rice protein is NutriBiotic Vegan * 80% Protein Vanilla.
  • About 8 ounces of peanut butter or almond butter or cashew butter (your choice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions
  1. 2 tablespoons of the protein powder to start then add a little more if needed so you can roll into a ball in your hands without it being too gooey.
  2. Mix peanut butter and honey together first, add other ingredients.
  3. Knead it all together with your hands, you can then roll into balls the size of your choice or use rolling pin to flatten out and cut into small bars.
  4. Keep in refrigerator.
