Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans, rinsed and trimmed
- ½ cup sliced almonds toasted
- salted water as needed
- kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil or clarified butter
- Blanch green beans for 3 mins in boiling salted water.
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan in medium high heat; add olive oil as needed.
- Add green beans and sautéed until coated in oil/butter.
- Serve immediately and top with toasted almonds.
