Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped salmon fillets
- 2 cups chopped smoked salmon
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Season both salmons in a bowl with mustard, dill and salt and pepper.
- Form into patties 1” thick.
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan in medium high heat; add olive oil as needed.
- Once oil starts smoking, add patties and sear for 4 mins.
- Flip side; lower heat and sear other side for 6 mins.
