Ingredients
- one banana
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- dash of sea salt
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond four
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- sprinkle of cardamom
- few raisins
- Mash banana in a small bowl with a fork.
- Add raisins to mashed banana and mix.
- Mix almond flour, baking soda, & salt.
- Add to mashed banana (and raisins).
- Add almond butter and spices.
- Lightly grease muffin pan with coconut oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
