Homemade Pizza Dough: Mini Make-It-Yourself Pizza

Mini Make-it-Yourself Pizza

Ingredients
  • 2 3/4 to 3 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp canola oil or olive
  • parchment paper
  • sauce and toppings 
Instructions
  1. Combine 11/4 cup flour, the yeast and salt. Add warm water and oil. Now use an electric mixer. Beat low for 30s and then high for 3 mins. Use a spoon to sir in as much of the remaining flour as you can . Dump the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Use your hands to knead in enough remaining flour to make it smooth and stretchy( about 6-8 mins) Divide dough into 8 pieces. Cover and let rest 10 mins. Cut 8 inch squares from the paper, and flour them lightly. Roll out dough into circles. (4-6 inches on the paper. Top with sauce and toppings. Put parchment paper on baking sheet bake 15-20 mins at 425.
