Cameron's Conch Fritters
Ingredients
- 4 conches
- 2 onions, medium
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/2 green sweet pepper
- 2 tomatoes (optional)
- 4 cloves are garlic
Instructions
- Put in food processor.
- Add 5 peppers to every conch (20).
- Add half a tumbler of water to batter.
- Quarter bottle of tomatoes (optional).
- Long squirt of ketchup.
- Beat 1 egg and cream (pour cream until it almost covers egg).
- Add 1 tsp sugar.
- Shake salt.
- 2 tsp baking powder (little over a teaspoon)
- Add a little more cream
- Add 3 1/2 - 4 cups of flour.
- 1 egg
- Cream.
