Try this: grated beet & carrot salad. It is tasty and packed full of anti-bloating nutrients - potassium from beets, gingerols from ginger & carotenoids from carrots.
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raw beets, peeled and grated
- 1/4 cup organic carrots
- 14 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp apple juice
- 1/2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- sea salt to taste
- Combine the grated veggies in a small bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl and drizzle over salad mixture. Toss gently.
