Raw Vegetarian Spiced "Taco Meat"

- 1 cup walnuts, soaked 20 minutes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked and diced
- 2 fresh tomatoes, diced
- A few stalks fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 chili, seeded and minced
Instructions
- Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until broken down, but still chunky.
