Tuscan Pizza - Two of our own walnut and hemp seed crusts adorned with cashew hummus, and our own marinara sauce. We top this delightful entree with red wine and nama shoyu-marinated baby sweet peppers, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, tomatoes and basil, grape tomato wedges and Italian herbs. This delicious raw food version of pizza is unlike anything you have ever had. 

Mediterranean Pizza - Two walnut and hemp seed crusts spread with cashew hummus, fresh olive tapenade, sliced olives, shredded fennel, cubes of English cucumber and grape tomato wedges and sprinkled with our own z'attar. A savory yet refreshing version of pizza that is a totally new experience. 

Tacos - Two large romaine leaves are first spread with cashew hummus and our wonderful guacamole then topped with raw walnut taco "meat" and shredded red and green cabbage, red bell pepper, carrots, cubes of grape tomato, and red onion. We dress the top with our own chipotle cashew dressing. Yummy! 

Veggie Burger - These are so good that we always have to make two batches: one for the staff and one for our guests! We serve this burger on Romaine leaves to use as the "bun". The plate arrives with sliced tomatoes, sprouts, guacamole, sliced sweet baby peppers, raw ketchup and cucumber slices garnished with chipotle sauce. The burgers are made from portobello mushrooms, walnuts, sunflower seeds, red onion and nama shoyu. All the trimmings are meant to be piled on top of the burger and enveloped in the lettuce. Enjoy! 

The Real Deal - This sandwich is served on our delicious homemade raw onion bread and stuffed with raw cashew hummus, chopped lettuce, guacamole, sprouts and halved grape tomatoes. This is one of our most popular items. 

Zucchini Spaghetti - This is an extraordinary dish. We place a heap of spiralized zucchini on top of our delicious raw marinara, then we top the heap with marinated sweet baby peppers, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, ginger, tomatoes and herbs. Wedges of grape tomatoes are placed throughout the zucchini and the dish is topped with raw pine ??? -armaesan.
