Deirdre's Best Gluten Free Cookies

Deirdre's Best Cookies (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey *or less
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat all ingredients together
  3. Using a large spoon to form balls, scoop batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet (making sure you leave plenty of room in between each. *Add some to the top of the balls if looking for something sweet.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes
