Pumpkin Conch Soup

Pumpkin Conch Soup

Ingredients
  • 1 and a half onions 
  • 1 red bell pepper 
  • 2 stalks celery 
  • 5 conchs 
  • Half a pumpkin 2 cups of ground pumpkin 
  • 1 cassava 
  • 1 cup okra frozen or fresh 
  • 1 red hot pepper 
  • 3 gloves garlic 
  • 2 tablespoon ginger 
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder 
  • Water 
Instructions
  1. Sauté onions, celery, pepper, garlic, okra. 
  2. Use food processor to process pumpkin and conch so that it is in small pieces. 
  3. Add to sautéed veggies. Add water and curry powder. Cook until veggies soft.
