Breakfast
  • Breakfast Soup - quinoa or oats 
  • eggs - poached or scrambled 
  • veggie - cactus , spinach , alfalfa sprouts 
  • healthy fat - avocado , coconut milk, nuts 
Lunch
  • soup -veggie or bean
  • protein - chicken or fish (mixed in with veggie sauce) 
  • healthy fat -avocado 
  • salad or veggies 
Dinner (vegan)
  • soup - nut or bean (for protein) 
  • grain - brown rice pasta 
  • healthy fat - nut sauce 
  • salad 
Or
  • soup -nut or bean
  • cooked veggie 
  • raw salad 
  • carb - scoop of potato
