Spaghetti Sauce - Slow Cooker (Bahamian St. Andrews Cookbook)

Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 3 tsps olive oil
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 11/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 green pepper , chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 32oz can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 ½ tsps. Salt
Instructions
  1. In the oil, brown the meat, garlic, onion and green pepper in slow cooker. Mix together tomatoes, water and seasoning. Add to the meat. Set slow cooker to high for 3 hrs.
