Salmon Burger (Cooking Class Piquant)

Salmon Burger

Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped salmon fillets
  • 2 cups chopped smoked salmon
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Season both salmons in a bowl with mustard, dill and salt and pepper.
  2. Form into patties 1” thick.
  3. Pre-heat a non-stick pan in medium high heat; add olive oil as needed.
  4. Once oil starts smoking, add patties and sear for 4 mins.
  5. Flip side; lower heat and sear other side for 6 mins.
