Guava Cobbler

Guava Cobbler

Instructions
  1. Peel guavas, scoop seeds out, and boil 2 cups with lemon and ¾ cup sugar. 
  2. Mix 1 ½ cup flour, 1 ½ cup sugar, teaspoon baking powder, and 1 cup cream. 
  3. Melt 1 stick butter and pour mix in 13 “ x 9” pan.
  4. Bake at 350 F until brown.
