Guava Cobbler
Instructions
Peel guavas, scoop seeds out, and boil 2 cups with lemon and ¾ cup sugar.
Mix 1 ½ cup flour, 1 ½ cup sugar, teaspoon baking powder, and 1 cup cream.
Melt 1 stick butter and pour mix in 13 “ x 9” pan.
Bake at 350 F until brown.
